About the Instructor:

Stephen Perkins is a classical portrait sculptor whose work reflects a deep commitment to observation, structure, and the traditions of figurative sculpture. He has taught workshops across the U.S. and internationally, guiding artists in developing both technical skill and a deeper understanding of form.

The workshop is designed for artists who wish to deepen their understanding of portrait sculpture through careful study and guided instruction.

The workshop takes place at Crooked Oak Art Studio, a private working studio set on a quiet, pastoral property—designed to support focused, immersive work.
